10,000 Steps Daily  for 100 Days Challenge is an employer-based individual step challenge. The Challenge is an initiative by the Border Coalition for Fitness and its member organizations to increase physical activity among El Pasoans. Nearly a third of adults in El Paso do not get ANY leisure time physical activity and many spend 8 hours a day at jobs that provide little opportunity to be active. The Walk the Walk Challenge is intended to be a fun way to increase physical activity and to change the workplace culture in El Paso. We hope that this month long challenge will motivate employees to get out of the office and implement more walking into their daily routine.
